Pattern Making
Every casting starts with a pattern.
We build and maintain wood, aluminum, and composite patterns and core boxes on-site. In-house pattern work means faster turnaround, tighter control, and the ability to reverse-engineer legacy parts from a sample.
A casting is only as good as the pattern behind it. Our on-site pattern shop builds and maintains the tooling that shapes every mold, in wood, aluminum, and composite. Because the work stays in-house, we can turn patterns around quickly, store and maintain them for repeat orders, and reverse-engineer obsolete parts directly from a worn sample or a drawing.
